The Stow Caledonian Pipe Band were honoured to once again lead the Remembrance Sunday Parade in Walthamstow. The band led the parade down Forest Road to the Town Hall where a Remembrance Service was held.
During the laying of the poppy wreaths, to mark the 100th anniversary of the Battle of the Somme, the band played the 9/8 march of the same name.
We are privileged to have taken part in the event and there was a huge sense of community in the organisation of the day and on the day itself.
Lest we forget.
The Stow Caledonian Pipe Band were privileged to once again lead the Armed Forces Day Parade at Enfield. The procession marched down Chase Side, along Church Street and up Silver Street towards the Enfield Civic Centre for a short ceremony.
It was a fantastic turn out and we would like to thank Enfield RBL for inviting us back this year to support such an important event. We look forward to returning again next year for Enfield's annual Armed Forces Day Parade.
